Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers, Bandung

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, offering a mix of outdoor and indoor activities like horse riding and rabbit feeding. However, upon arrival, my room wasn't quite ready yet, which was a bit disappointing. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff always available. The location was strategic and easy to reach, with convenient access to the swimming pool, children's playground, and other facilities. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of cuisine to choose from, though some dishes were not as good as expected. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were nice and cozy with a garden view, but it wasn't very soundproof and could be noisy at times. The service was amazing, with very helpful staff, but the forgetfulness to clean the in-room coffee maker was a minor letdown. The location was beautiful, especially for Tower guests, offering mountain views, but limited access for non-Tower guests was a downside. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of options and great service, including Japanese sushi. Overall, a mixed bag with good service and views, but noise and access limitations.

The hotel is located a bit far in Dago Valley where you can see mountain views, making it ideal for those who want to stay a bit away from the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although our reserved rooms weren't ready, which was a downside.

The hotel offers rooms with a balcony overlooking a garden, conveniently located near the pool, restaurant, and kids club, making it an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation and easy access to facilities. However, the location may be a bit distant and affected by traffic at times.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and supported by a back yard terrace, allowing me to enjoy fresh air. However, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke coming from the air conditioning ventilation. The service was efficient and the staff friendly, especially in the restaurant where they quickly memorized my breakfast order. The location was convenient although a bit far from malls and restaurants. The dining experience offered a good variety of cuisine but with limited changes in the Indonesian main course. The facilities were adequate overall.
